Practical Life
As the foundation for Montessori, Practical Life assists the child in caring for themselves and their environment. This area deepens your child’s concentration, focus, and self-esteem. It is the precursor for Reading and Writing.
Sensorial
Sensorial focuses on lessons that refine and develop your child’s 5 senses: seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling, and touching. This area is a precursor to Math.
Language
The Language area provides children with an in-depth and rich exposure to vocabulary, spoken language, Reading, and Writing.
Mathematics
Montessori Math offers a tactile experience that provides manipulatives for the child to explore with. These same materials provide a concrete experience that eventually dives deep into the abstract.
Cultural Studies
Cultural Studies encompasses Zoology, Botany, Geography, and Physical Science. Exploring these areas provides children the opportunity to explore and understand the world around them.
